  5. Present Picture of Serenity Housing Co-op
  6. Goals for next year
  7. Budget and Expenses at present
  8. Director Election
     • Intention to run for Director Roles
     • Vote for New Directors
     • List of Director Roles to be filled
  9. Requesting Volunteers
  10. Closing of AGM
  Proposed Changes of the Agenda to be made at the AGM:
  • Attendee introduction (Vanessa) (after #1)
  • Quorum (After #3?) (Vanessa)
  • Call meeting to Order (after Quorum?) (Vanessa)
  • Changes to the Rules of Association (ROA) (after #9) (Vanessa)
    • ROA  26 – Removal of Directors: Motion to Change wording to “…without cause and board permission, and may…”.  Include full quote.
    • Motion to change ROA #27: President to Chair & Vice-President to Vice Chair. Include full quote.
    • Motion to change ROA #5: Increase the share purchase price $1 to $10 and add a $5 per year renewal renewal.  Pay at the AGM or 1 month to pay.
