Mission

To provide and maintain an inclusive, sustainable, and affordable tiny-home* housing co-operative (some place in British Columbia, Canada).

Vision

To have a diverse community of 2SLGBTQIA+ people and Allies, incorporating a variety of accommodations, living and working together with respect for nature.

Steps to Achieve our Goals

  • Maintain our community, now and for the future, through participation, education, and a commitment to financial and environmental sustainability. 
  • Govern democratically according to co-op principles and values. 
  • Balance concern for the needs of our co-op with those of the individual members. 
  • Nurture an inclusive community that focuses on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and all its intersections, that is compassionate, caring, safe, healthy, and affordable. 
  • Contribute to the life and organization of our co-op and of the broader community.
  • Resolve conflicts through open, honest and effective communication, utilizing existing policies.
  • Pursue funding from government grants and from other funders who align with our values.

Tiny-home means to us:

A small structure on land or wheels.  This could include an RV, schoolies, cabin, van, yurt, and many others.
